Welcome Veteran, Military-Connected Students and Families

Established in 2007, the mission of the University of Missouri Veterans Center is to champion the educational journey and holistic well-being of all veterans, active-duty service members, National Guard, Reservists, and their families. Embracing our foundational obligation to public service and teaching, the Center serves as a vital anchor for student success by reducing barriers to transition, optimizing educational benefits, and championing an inclusive campus environment. Focusing on our core values (Respect, Responsibility, Discovery, and Excellence) we equip our military-affiliated Tigers to excel in their academic pursuits, engage in meaningful community discovery, and lead impactful lives after their military service.
