The University of Missouri Veterans Center works with veterans and service members who are current Mizzou students, faculty and staff as well as those considering a Mizzou education.
We certify students for their VA educational benefits; we help with deployment planning and the subsequent return to work or school; we help with access to health and counseling services; and we assist with finding employment. By networking with other MU units, we can be an effective single point of contact for veterans.
The Veterans' Center is supported by a broad-based campus-community advisory group with strong representation of veterans and others who have been part of a military “family” during their lives. Most importantly, we work very closely with the Mizzou Student Veterans Association.
